We are looking for an on-site Marketing Specialist to support our team at our corporate location in Cincinnati, Ohio. Summary The Marketing Specialist is a self-motivated marketing professional responsible for supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels and business segments. This position plays a key role in supporting trade shows, customer events, marketing campaigns, and day-to-day marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be eager to tackle a variety of marketing projects while working collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and drive brand awareness. This is a hands-on role requiring direct involvement in a broad range of marketing activities, from event support and campaign execution to project coordination and reporting. The successful candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position will work closely with members of the marketing team, including event management, communications, digital marketing, and creative services, to support the successful execution of marketing programs that drive customer engagement and business growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include the following) Partner with the Tradeshow & Event Manager to support the planning, promotion, and execution of trade shows, customer events, and other marketing events. Assist with event logistics including attendee communications, registration management, promotional materials, lead management, shipping coordination, and post-event reporting. Provide on-site support at trade shows and customer events as required. Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, web, social media, and event channels. Assist with development and deployment of marketing communications and promotional materials. Support website updates, email marketing activities, webinars, lead management initiatives, and campaign execution. Monitor, track, and report on campaign and event performance metrics. Coordinate marketing projects across multiple stakeholders and help ensure projects are completed on schedule. Maintain marketing assets, databases, and departmental resources. Assist with the creation of presentations and marketing materials for sales, management, and customer-facing initiatives. Continually evaluate processes and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and operational efficiency. Assist in marketing activities as determined by Marketing leadership. All other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no personnel supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are Education and/or Experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of marketing, communications, event, or related professional experience preferred; however, recent college graduates with relevant internships, co-op experience, campus leadership involvement, or demonstrated marketing experience are encouraged to apply. Experience supporting trade shows, events, field marketing, campaign execution, or marketing operations preferred. Experience in a B2B manufacturing, industrial, technology, or related environment is a plus. This position is focused on marketing program execution, event support, project coordination, and business communications. Candidates seeking a role primarily focused on graphic design, visual communications, video production, or creative design should consider opportunities that align more closely with those disciplines. General Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Interest in marketing, events, communications, and business-to-business marketing activities. Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, vendors, and external partners. Comfortable working in both office and event environments. Willingness to travel periodically to support trade shows, customer events, and company meetings. Strong sense of accountability and ownership for assigned projects and responsibilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Computer Skills Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Required Microsoft Teams and other business collaboration tools
  • Required Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing channels
  • Preferred Experience with CRM, email marketing, website content management, or event management platforms is a plus but not required Experience with Google Analytics or marketing reporting tools is a plus but not required Adobe Creative Suite experience is helpful but not required
