•Hybrid The role will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment and quality assurance of email campaigns using Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer . You'll work closely with email content to ensure campaigns are accurate, functional, and properly rendered across desktop, mobile, Outlook, Gmail, Mail, and other email clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and review email campaigns through Adobe Campaign and Adobe Journey Optimizer Perform detailed email QA and cross-device/cross-client testing Work with
HTML/CSS
to troubleshoot rendering and formatting issues Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates, and deliverability Create and maintain reusable Outlook/MS Office email templates Troubleshoot rendering, delivery, and sending issues and identify root causes Handle urgent and time-sensitive email requests while maintaining accuracy
Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign and/or Adobe Journey Optimizer Strong HTML/CSS and email development experience Experience with email QA, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting Familiarity with Outlook, Gmail, Mail, and email rendering Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience in financial services or another regulated industry is a plus.
