Job Description
Weaver Brands is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to help execute email marketing campaigns across our portfolio of trusted brands. Working closely with the Head of Email Marketing, this role will support the planning, creation, testing, deployment, and optimization of email campaigns that drive customer engagement, promote products, and support ecommerce growth This position will collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Creative, Product Management, and Customer Care teams to deliver high-quality email campaigns that are accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards. This position also plays an important role in analyzing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to continually improve results. The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Build, test, schedule, and deploy promotional, automated, and transactional email campaigns. Support customer lifecycle marketing initiatives, including welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns. Coordinate campaign assets, messaging, links, and content to ensure timely and accurate execution. Maintain email marketing calendars while supporting multiple brands and marketing priorities. Segment customer audiences and assist with personalization strategies to improve engagement. Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on opens, clicks, conversions, and overall effectiveness. Perform quality assurance testing to ensure emails display correctly across devices and email clients. Maintain subscriber lists and marketing databases while supporting data integrity and compliance. Collaborate across departments to support integrated marketing campaigns. Stay current on email marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
