Required Education:

Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
2-3 years relevant working experience Strong project management/ ability to manage multiple priorities, strong presentation skills as this person will be presenting marketing briefs to wider marketing org, adaptability to change w/strong change management Microsoft Office ability, Marketing background Excellent organization and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to juggle multiple tasks, projects, and strong prioritization skills to meet deadlines Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills

Role:
This role will support the Manager, Brand Marketing - Bra Category in advancing three key pillars: Category Growth, Briefing Post Go-To-Market Strategy and In-season Optimization. This individual will play a critical role in translating strategy into execution—connecting cross-functional teams, driving in-season excellence, and growth to our Bra category.
Responsibilities:
Category Growth Opportunities Support the Manager in identifying and activating growth opportunities and storytelling across the bra categories Partner cross-functionally (merchandising, planning, creative) to help bring category-specific marketing strategies to life Monitor competitive landscape and cultural trends to surface insights and inform category storytelling
Post Go-To-Market Briefing:
Support the execution of go-to-market strategies across all channels (site, app, social, email, SMS/push, paid media), ensuring alignment from pre-season planning through in-season delivery Assist in developing and maintaining Brand Strategy Marketing frameworks and floorset materials Help drive promotional storytelling and ensure consistency across digital and store touchpoints Execute against trend-driven and cultural moments, including coordinating cross-functional partners and supporting influencer amplification In-Season optimization Assist in test-and-learn initiatives, including chase product or trend drops, and emerging Bra category moments Contribute to hindsight analysis and help translate learnings into actionable recommendations Support execution of high-priority brand initiatives tied to Bra category Additional Projects Support special projects and team initiatives as needed, providing flexible project coordination and execution support across marketing priorities Support management of store marketing program, including updating and oversight of key marketing documents and resources, ensuring accuracy #V1
