Do you thrive on building trust, shaping strategy, and selling high-value equipment? Let's talk. Ohio CAT is hiring a Governmental Sales & Marketing Specialist to lead and grow its presence in the Ohio territory with federal, state, county, and municipal customers. In this high-visibility role, you'll be the face of Ohio CAT in the public sector—owning opportunities from first conversation through contract award. What You'll Do Grow government accounts and uncover new equipment opportunities Lead bids, contracts, and cooperative purchasing programs Build long-term, compliant relationships with public sector customers Partner with Machine Sales Representatives to win together Representing Ohio CAT at meetings, bid openings, and industry events What You Bring 3+ years of sales experience (heavy equipment preferred) Government or public sector sales experience is a strong plus Confidence in the Government's ability to manage long sales cycles, bids, and contracts Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset
