Job Description
Position Summary Creek Technologies is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the development and execution of strategic digital communications that promote organizational initiatives, customer engagement, and mission success. This position is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness, drive audience engagement, and communicate program impact. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop compelling content, analyze campaign performance, and implement data-driven strategies that support organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support corporate and program-specific communications objectives. Create, manage, and publish digital content across websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns designed to increase audience engagement and brand awareness. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide actionable recommendations to improve effectiveness. Analyze website traffic, social media metrics, email campaign performance, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to support continuous improvement. Collaborate with business development, proposal, recruiting, and program teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital communications. Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance reporting. Support content strategy by creating and maintaining marketing materials, promotional content, blogs, newsletters, and multimedia assets. Optimize digital content using search engine optimization (SEO) best practices to improve online visibility and audience reach. Maintain consistency with Creek Technologies' branding, messaging, and communication standards across all digital platforms. Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and industry best practices to enhance marketing effectiveness. Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive briefings summarizing campaign performance, engagement metrics, and marketing insights. Participate in planning meetings and cross-functional initiatives supporting organizational communications and growth objectives. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Three (3) or more years of experience supporting digital marketing, communications, public affairs, or related marketing initiatives. Demonstrated experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging digital content. Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including content marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). Experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and develop data-driven recommendations. Familiarity with website content management systems (CMS) and basic web usability principles. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar applications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Workspace. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Government, or government contractor communications. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Constant Contact. Familiarity with paid digital advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), and social media advertising. Experience creating multimedia content, including graphics, short-form videos, and promotional materials. Knowledge of branding strategy, audience segmentation, and customer engagement best practices. Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
