As a Communications Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies that enhance our brand image and engage our audiences effectively.YResponsibilities:
Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications materials including newsletters, press releases, and reports.Support social media management by creating content, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across platforms.
Help coordinate events, webinars, and meetings by managing logistics, invitations, and follow-ups.
Maintain and update the communications database and contact lists to ensure accuracy and organization.
QualificationsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Basic understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
