WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You'll sit within North America Store Operations, partnering closely with the Workload Management & Communications team. This group connects strategy to store reality—turning ideas into executable work. You'll collaborate across Brand Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Technology, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Nike.com, Analytics, and Business Operations.

Requirements Open to work in North America Minimum 2 years of project or program management experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training Experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced environments Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Aha, Jira, or Confluence

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You'll help shape how work moves through North America Store Operations. From intake to execution, you'll streamline processes, clarify communication, and ensure stores receive the right work at the right time.

Your focus is simple:

reduce friction, elevate consistency, and make it easier for stores to win.
