La grande's community news source, The Observer, is seeking an energetic Media Marketing Executive that will provide excellent customer service and utilize our complete portfolio of digital and traditional tactics to help our local businesses meet their marketing goals. In addition to the print, website and social media we are best known for, we also offer: The best of current digital marketing services including site retargeting, search targeting, contextual targeting, email marketing, streaming video advertising, social media marketing, website development and more. We offer complete graphic design support along with start up and ongoing training on our products and digital strategies. The successful candidates should have the following qualities: Media experience is preferred, but candidates with strong customer service and sales skills are equally welcome. Excellent organization, communication and time management skills. Reliable transportation and a good driving record. You are self motivated for success and work well independently as well as part of a small team. This is a business-to-business position covering an established and local territory with an existing base of customers, and great future potential for a candidate who enjoys a fast paced, deadline oriented environment.

Compensation is a combination of base pay and commissions. There is no cap on earnings. This is not a remote position. Candidates must be withing commuting distance. In-person meetings with local business clients is required Monday - Friday.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
