This is an entry-level, in-person position focused on customer engagement, product promotions, and event-based marketing. You will interact directly with customers in high-traffic environments, introduce current promotions, and help represent our clients in a professional and positive manner. This role takes place inside retail partner locations and event environments. This position is not remote, not door-to-door, and not commission-only. Paid training is provided, and no prior marketing experience is required. Responsibilities Represent client brands at retail promotions and local marketing events Engage with customers and introduce current offers and promotions Provide basic information about products and services Answer customer questions and help create a positive brand experience Assist interested customers with the next steps in the process Support event setup and maintain a professional presentation Work with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals Compensation Base pay: $600-$800 per week Additional performance bonuses available Weekly pay W-2 employment Paid training provided Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face Positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliable transportation to local event and retail locations Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required. Schedule Full-time ( approximately 40 hours per week ) Retail and event schedule, including some weekends
