Job Description

We are a growing event marketing and community outreach organization that partners with nonprofit organizations to increase public awareness, connect with local communities, and generate support for meaningful causes. Our team brings these campaigns directly to the public through marketing events and outreach programs. We're currently hiring an Event Promotions Assistant to join our Philadelphia based team. No previous marketing or fundraising experience is required. We provide hands-on training designed to help new team members strengthen their communication skills, learn how successful outreach campaigns operate, and build experience in event marketing, public engagement, and leadership. This position is a strong fit for recent graduates, students entering the workforce, career changers, and individuals looking for an opportunity where they can learn by doing rather than sitting behind a desk all day. What You'll Do Representing nonprofit organizations and community-focused campaigns in a professional manner Starting friendly, informative conversations with members of the public Sharing information about nonprofit programs, missions, and current initiatives Helping interested individuals learn how they can support or get involved with partner organizations Supporting fundraising and donor engagement efforts during outreach campaigns Assisting with event materials, displays, setup, and daily campaign preparation Working collaboratively with team members to meet campaign and outreach objectives Participating in ongoing training focused on communication, campaign knowledge, leadership, and professional development Maintaining a positive and professional presence when interacting with the public What We're Looking For Previous experience is not required. We're primarily looking for individuals who are willing to learn, communicate well, and contribute to a team environment.
Ideal candidates will bring:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills A positive, professional, and dependable attitude Confidence interacting with new people face-to-face A willingness to learn through coaching and hands-on training The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Good organization and time-management skills A goal-oriented mindset and interest in professional development Availability to work at events and outreach locations in the King Of Prussia area. Must be at least 18 years of age Reliable transportation is helpful due to the nature of local event and outreach assignments.
