Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Have you managed or supported paid Facebook or Instagram advertising through Meta Ads Manager? Do you have experience tracking leads from inquiry through registration, purchase, or another conversion outcome? Have you worked for a small business, startup, education organization, local service business, or another growth-focused organization? Which of the following have you personally worked on? Email campaigns Facebook/Instagram ads Social media management Lead tracking/CRM Event marketing Customer follow-up Newsletter creation Landing pages Campaign analytics Community outreach Describe one marketing campaign you worked on that produced a measurable result. What was the goal, what did you do, and what was the outcome? What metrics would you track to determine whether a marketing campaign is helping increase enrollment or revenue? Are you available for evening or weekend events such as open houses, competitions, or community events? As part of the interview process, are you willing to complete a short practical marketing exercise such as drafting an email campaign, Facebook/Instagram ad, or customer newsletter? Why are you interested in helping a STEM education business grow enrollment and community awareness? Have you personally created and executed email marketing campaigns using tools such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot, or similar platforms?Education:
