Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Science, Digital/Interactive Communications Design, or a related field
Primary Responsibilities:
Execute and support multi-channel digital marketing campaigns Build and optimize digital customer journeys across web and email channels Develop campaign landing pages, event pages, emails, forms, and web content Coordinate campaign implementation from kickoff through launch Manage campaign assets, coding, URLs, redirects, and publishing Execute email automation and A/B testing Support search marketing initiatives (SEO and paid search) Collaborate with marketing, communications, digital channel, social media, and regional teams Prepare campaign rollout packages and coordinate country-specific requirements Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimizations Ensure campaign quality, timeliness, and adherence to digital marketing best practices Deliver campaign leads to CRM teams

Ideal Candidate Summary:

They are proficient with marketing automation and CMS platforms such as Eloqua, Sprinklr, or Scrivito, understand digital customer journeys, SEO, A/B testing, and campaign optimization, and can effectively coordinate cross-functional global stakeholders to deliver high-quality, data-driven marketing campaigns.
