Position Summary The Content Marketer develops buyer-focused B2B content that supports Getac's North American go-to-market strategy across public sector, federal, and enterprise markets. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role creates and edits content across web, email, social media, campaigns, and sales enablement, translating customer challenges and technical solutions into clear, compelling messaging. The Content Marketer collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Channel, Product Solutions, and global teams and uses AI tools responsibly to improve content development while maintaining accuracy, brand voice, and human editorial judgment. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Create and edit high-quality B2B content, including web pages, case studies, articles, email campaigns, landing pages, ad copy, sales collateral, scripts, and social content, using buyer challenges, personas, vertical-market needs, and Getac solutions to guide messaging. Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, and publishable by fact-checking claims against approved sources and applying Getac brand, voice, editorial, and visual-identity standards. Use approved AI tools to support research, ideation, drafting, editing, and content repurposing while applying appropriate human review, judgment, source validation, and accountability for all published content. Support inbound, search, and web programs by mapping content to the buyer journey, developing conversion paths, applying SEO/AEO practices, updating web content in Adobe Experience Manager, and building segmented email campaigns in HubSpot. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Channel, Service, Engineering, global marketing, and subject-matter experts to develop campaign content and customer proof; maintain the editorial calendar and content inventory, manage work in Monday.com, review content/campaign performance, and recommend improvements based on results.
Required Qualifications Education:
BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent professional writing experience.
Experience:
3+ years of B2B marketing content experience for technology products, including experience supporting public sector, federal, or enterprise buyers, system integrators, and/or reseller partners. A portfolio of published work is required.
Certifications:
None required.
Skills:
Excellent professional writing and editing skills; strong editorial judgment and attention to detail; working knowledge of inbound marketing, SEO/AEO, HubSpot, enterprise CMS platforms, AI-assisted content workflows, campaign performance reporting, and project management. Work Environment This position operates in a professional office and/or hybrid work environment and requires frequent collaboration with internal teams, subject-matter experts, and external partners. Travel Minor Travel for quarterly meetings, tradeshows and annual sales kick offs.
