Job Description
Digital Marketing Specialist Atom.com - 5.0 Hoffman Estates, IL Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications Ad delivery systems (technically supported) AI-driven automation Full Job Description About Us Atom is an AI-native premium domain marketplace for startups and established businesses ready to secure a strong name, build a stronger brand, and move faster toward success. Our curated collection of world-class brandable domains, combined with intelligent discovery, makes finding the right domain fast and seamless, while our platform supports the entire naming journey, from idea generation and research to testing, trademark support, and brand monitoring. As a fast-growing, AI-first company at the intersection of technology, branding, and startups, Atom is looking for a technically strong Digital Marketing Specialist to own paid media from setup through optimization. The Role We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can run our entire paid media operation, not just execute campaigns someone else has architected. This is a mid-level role for someone who's genuinely interested in the technical side of marketing: platform setup, event and conversion tracking, analytics implementation, technical audits, and structured A/B testing. You'll work across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and newer channels like ChatGPT and other AI-driven platforms as they become viable. You should be comfortable being the only person who fully understands how a campaign is built under the hood, from pixel and event setup to what's actually driving performance in the data. What You'll Do Own platform setup and configuration across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, Quora, and emerging AI/chat ad platforms Build and maintain event tracking and conversion setups, and troubleshoot tracking issues as they arise Run technical audits on campaigns and accounts to catch tracking gaps, wasted spend, or setup errors Design and run structured A/B tests on creative, audience, and campaign structure Manage remarketing and audience targeting strategy across channels Analyze performance data and translate it into concrete optimization decisions Coordinate with the creative team on testing new ad formats and messaging Use AI tools to improve workflow, generate creative and testing ideas, and speed up execution What We're Looking For 4-6 years of experience in paid social, digital marketing, or performance advertising Real technical depth: experience with platform setup, pixel/event tracking, and analytics implementation, not just campaign management Hands-on experience running structured A/B tests and translating results into action Comfortable working across a wide range of platforms, including newer and less mature ad channels Strong analytical skills and comfort in tools like GA4 or similar analytics platforms High ownership mindset: able to run the technical and strategic side of a paid program with minimal oversight Comfortable using AI tools as part of daily workflow
