$48-$53/hr W2Our client's Global Communications team is in need of a Digital Analytics Specialist. This role provides data analysis for the Global Enterprise Websites and internal global communications, including reports and recommendations to drive continuous improvement. This position will steward and maintain the tools required to effectively surface and analyze the data including Google Analytics, DataStudio, PowerBi, SEM Rush, Google Search Console, and social listening and user experience aggregators.

Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Request Servicing:

Handle incoming data and reporting requests efficiently.

Data Deep Dives & Insights:

Perform due diligence within the data to uncover actionable insights and clearly state required next steps.

Optimization & Strategy:

Translate insights into concrete recommendations to optimize content, improve overall performance, and set campaigns up for success.

Work closely with teams and support AI initiatives while maintaining core web analytics coverage.

Qualifications:

Technical Must-HavesAnalytics & Visualization:

Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Data Studio, Power

BI.SEO & GEO

&

Digital Tools:

Semrush (or equivalent SEO toolset).GEO is important.

AI Analytics:

Experience with AI reporting, AI optimization, and citation reporting.

Email marketing analytics; understanding of backend schema and AI architecture.

Soft Skills & Operational Requirements.

Availability:

Full-time commitment; hourly role, 40 hours per week and remain reachable during business hours during EST.

Communication & Presentation:

High responsiveness with the ability to present findings and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
