About Arena Arena is a vetted network connecting leaders across sports, media, and entertainment.
The Role This role is for someone who understands that great marketing copy is half strategy, half craft. You'll own Arena's email marketing for the summer
writing campaigns, building sequences, and thinking about how to turn subscribers into engaged members and partners.
You'll also support broader marketing and business development efforts, from audience research to event coordination. We want someone who can execute but also bring ideas to the room.
What You'll Work OnWriting and building email marketing campaigns end-to-end
copy, structure, sendDeveloping nurture sequences and one-off campaigns for members, prospects, and partnersDrafting content and conducting research for our weekly email newslettersManaging social media scheduling and community engagement on Instagram and Conducting competitive and audience research to inform campaigns and positioningSupporting sales and partnerships outreach with copy, research, and follow-up coordinationHelping coordinate events and activations, including logistics and promotional copyIdeating on campaigns with the broader team•your ideas are welcome hereWhat We're Looking ForCurrent undergraduate or graduate student studying marketing, communications, business, or a related fieldStrong writer with a knack for marketing voice•punchy, clear, and action-orientedExperience with or eagerness to learn email platforms (Mailchimp, Beehiiv)Comfortable on Instagram and•you understand how these platforms actually workOrganized and able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping ballsCurious researcher who can synthesize what they find into something useful
