You'll start in our Field Marketing department, where you'll learn one of the most important skills in sales: how to confidently approach people, start conversations, create interest, and generate opportunities. You'll work in residential neighborhoods speaking with homeowners and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. But we don't want you knocking doors forever. What You'll Do You'll begin as a Field Marketing Representative responsible for: Speaking with homeowners in residential neighborhoods Introducing Guildcraft Exteriors and our home-improvement services Identifying homeowners who may need roofing, siding, windows, gutters, or other exterior improvements Generating qualified appointments for our sales team Learning our proven script and appointment-setting process Developing communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills Tracking your daily activity and results Participating in sales training, role-playing, and coaching Working toward clearly defined performance goals Representing Guildcraft Exteriors professionally and ethically in the community You'll receive training and coaching designed to help you become comfortable communicating with homeowners—even if you've never worked in sales before.
