Canvassing Representative ABC Seamless of Missoula ABC Seamless of Missoula is hiring motivated individuals to join our canvassing team. We specialize in exterior remodeling services including roofing, siding, gutters, and storm restoration. We are an established local company with 53 years in business. This is a high-energy, field-based role ideal for individuals who want to build sales skills, earn based on performance, and grow within a fast-moving company. This is also an excellent opportunity to gain real-world sales experience and develop communication skills in a professional outside sales environment. Position Overview Canvassing Representatives work directly in residential neighborhoods to: Generate qualified homeowner leads Set appointments for our sales team Identify exterior damage and remodeling opportunities Create interest in roofing, siding, and gutter services No closing required. Your focus is door-to-door outreach and appointment setting. CompensationCommission-Only Role This position is fully commission-based. Pay is directly tied to performance, effort, and results. Earn 4% commission on completed sales Uncapped earning potential Weekly pay opportunities Performance-based bonuses available Compensation Examples Project Value Your 4% Commission $20,000 Roof$800 $40,000 Siding $1,600 $60,000 Exterior Project $2,400 Salary Expectations- Based on consistent performance and full-time effort, expected annual earnings typically range from: $65,000 - $95,000+ per yearResponsibilities Door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods Speaking with homeowners about exterior projects Setting qualified appointments for closers Tracking daily activity and results Maintaining professionalism in the field Minimum 30 hours per week in the field Attending training and team meetings QualificationsNo Experience Required This is an entry-level role.
