In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners, introducing them to our trusted exterior remodeling and home improvement services. Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified leads and setting appointments for our sales team. We specialize in roofing, siding, windows, gutters, decks, basement finishing, and other residential improvement projects. What You'll Do Canvass residential neighborhoods throughout the Twin Cities area Engage homeowners in professional conversations about their home improvement needs Schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives Generate leads through door-to-door prospecting, referrals, and networking Accurately collect and record homeowner contact information Educate homeowners on Legacy Homes' services and project offerings Represent the company professionally and positively in the community Meet or exceed appointment-setting goals What We're Looking For Sales, canvassing, customer service, or appointment-setting experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and confidence speaking with homeowners Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required Must be authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits $21.00/hour W-2 employment 1% commission on all jobs sold and completed from your generated appointments Uncapped commissions Paid training and ongoing mentorship Flexible scheduling opportunities Professional development and advancement opportunities Company-provided marketing materials and sales tools Supportive team environment with clear growth paths Why Join Legacy Homes?
