You'll be out in the community representing our brand, connecting with homeowners and customers, attending exciting local events, generating leads, setting appointments, and creating experiences that people remember. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Field Marketing Associate, you'll be one of the most visible and important representatives of our brand. Community & Field Marketing Represent our company as a professional and enthusiastic brand ambassador. Conduct door-to-door community outreach and connect with homeowners. Generate qualified leads and set appointments for our sales team. Participate in fairs, home shows, community events, expos, and promotional campaigns. Build relationships with homeowners, customers, businesses, and community partners. Create positive, memorable experiences that strengthen our brand. Social Media & Brand Promotion Help promote events, campaigns, and company initiatives through social media. Create engaging content and capture real-time event experiences. Increase brand awareness through online and in-person engagement. Represent our company professionally across digital and community platforms. Customer Engagement Confidently communicate our products and services to potential customers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations when appropriate. Answer questions and provide exceptional customer service. Build trust and create meaningful customer relationships. Follow up with leads and opportunities when needed. Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve lead-generation goals. Participate in daily team meetings and training. Assist with event setup, registration, materials, promotional activities, and breakdown. Help execute marketing campaigns from planning through completion. Maintain accurate records and follow company processes.

Daily Performance Goals Minimum:
1 qualified appointment per day
Strong Day:
2-4 qualified appointments per day
Canvassing Goal:
Approximately 150 doors per day when assigned to door-to-door outreach We're looking for people who don't wait for opportunities — they create them. Your energy, consistency, communication skills, and ability to connect with people will directly impact your success.
COMPENSATION & EARNING POTENTIAL

SCHEDULE
Standard Schedule:
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Daily meetup at a designated team location 30-minute lunch break Weekend availability required as needed for events, home shows, fairs, and special campaigns Outdoor and community-based work environment
