Job Description
Description The Field Marketing Specialist supports the planning and execution of marketing programs, events, and demand generation activities. This role works closely with sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams to coordinate projects, develop marketing content, and support day-to-day marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of marketing programs, campaigns, and events.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on time.
- Assist with project management, event coordination, and marketing communications.
- Create and update marketing and event-related content and assets.
- Track activities, gather feedback, and support reporting on program effectiveness.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve marketing programs and engagement.
- Genuinely interested in field marketing as a career.
Skills:
- 1-2 years of technology marketing, field marketing, or related marketing experience.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and strategic thinking skills, with a fast response time and willingness to jump in and support projects as needed.
- Graphic design experience, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite, to support brand and event content creation.
- Copilot/AI Experience.
- Genuinely interested in field marketing as a career.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
- Experience supporting marketing events, campaigns, or content development is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Austin, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00
