We are growing and looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to help expand our presence in the West Valley community. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate, driven, and outgoing Hospice Marketer to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, connecting with the community, and promoting meaningful services that make a difference in people's lives. The Hospice Marketer will play a key role in developing referral sources, increasing community awareness, and supporting the growth of Everest Hospice. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote hospice services Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and community partners Identify target audiences through market research and data analysis Represent Everest Hospice at community events, outreach activities, and professional networking opportunities Manage and support social media and digital marketing efforts Assist in creating and reviewing marketing materials and content Track and report marketing performance and referral trends Maintain accurate records using CRM systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of hospice or healthcare marketing experience preferred Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Professional, compassionate, and service-oriented demeanor Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms Proficiency with CRM systems and basic data tracking Bilingual (preferred, not required) What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: A true "go-getter" with a passion for growth and community outreach Compassionate and aligned with hospice values Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Creative with strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working in both the field and digital marketing environments Why Join Everest Hospice?
