Hourly About the Opportunity The Marketing & Communications Intern will support the execution of integrated marketing, communications, and engagement initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, enhance internal and external communications, and support community and field marketing efforts. This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines, including content development, event activation, social media, and brand engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who is eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute creative ideas while gaining real-world experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and activations Assist in creating and scheduling social media content Help draft and edit internal communications such as newsletters and announcements Support community engagement and outreach initiatives Provide assistance with field marketing efforts and collateral preparation Help ensure brand consistency across marketing materials Skills and Experience Education, Licensures, & Certifications
  • Enrolled as a current undergraduate Junior or Senior OR MBA or Graduate student in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Years of Experience (Required & Preferred)
  • No prior professional experience required.
  • Previous internship, academic project, or relevant extracurricular experience preferred.
Required Job Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively Preferred Job Skills Familiarity with social media platforms Basic understanding of marketing and branding principles Experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Interest in events, community engagement, or field marketing
Worksite Designation Position:
Hybrid Pay Transparency MVP Health Care is committed to providing competitive employee compensation and benefits packages. The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting. MVP adheres to pay transparency nondiscrimination principles. Specific employment offers and associated compensation will be extended individually based on several factors, including but not limited to geographic location; relevant experience, education, and training; and the nature of and demand for the role. Pay Rate:
