Duties Obtain required state insurance licenses (we provide training, study materials, and exam support). Learn and sell life insurance and annuity products that meet clients' protection and retirement needs. Conduct community education events and one-on-one client consultations to explain solutions and build trust. Build, lead, and train a team of agents; recruit, mentor, and develop others to grow your organization. Manage your sales pipeline, follow up with prospects, and close commission-based business. Use proven systems and scaling strategies we provide to grow your business regionally and worldwide.
