About the Role Caliber Paving Company is looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Content Creator to manage the visual storytelling of our company. This person will be responsible for capturing high-quality photo and video content from active construction projects, creating engaging social media content, and managing our digital marketing efforts across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, communicate effectively with field crews, think ahead, and bring creative ideas that showcase our projects, people, and company culture. Responsibilities Capture professional photo and video content at active construction projects, company events, and client functions. Plan and coordinate weekly content schedules with project managers and field personnel. Edit high-quality videos, reels, and photos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns. Organize and maintain a digital media library. Manage and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms. Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar. Create engaging captions, graphics, and short-form video content. Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram). Track campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and lead generation. Assist with website content updates, blog content, and SEO initiatives as needed. Capture drone footage of projects (FAA Part 107 certification preferred or willingness to obtain). Attend occasional networking events, trade shows, golf tournaments, and company-sponsored events to document content. Travel to active construction sites throughout OC and LA to capture content. Maintain flexibility to visit multiple job sites in a single day based on project schdules. Stay current on social media trends, editing styles, and digital marketing best practices. Work independently to manage schedules, prioritize projects, and consistently meet deadlines. Qualifications Experience with professional photography and videography. Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar). Experience managing business social media accounts. Experience creating and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator preferred). Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and time management. Comfortable working outdoors on active construction sites. Drone pilot certification (FAA Part 107) Must have a valid drivers license, reliable personal vehicle, and proof of insurance. Comfortable driving to job sites throughout Southern California. Experience in construction, commercial real estate, or industrial marketing is a plus, but not required.
