Job Description

Growing engineering & manufacturing company has an immediate opening for an Entry-level Marketing Specialist in the Waukesha, Wisconsin, area. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits

Duties:
Act as a bridge between marketing strategy and day-to-day execution, ensuring campaigns and operational processes run smoothly and effectively Support the execution of digital marketing programs
  • includes reviewing, formatting, and deploying newsletters in Hubspot Format blog communications, edit SEO, and post content Manage website updates (non-design-related)
  • includes updating pages, routing web forms, and ensuring inquiries reach the correct team member Support social medial programs
  • includes creating/updating posts, monitoring social channels, responding to engagement, and reporting on analytics Coordinating tradeshow logistics
  • includes managing booth materials, handling shipping, and show registration
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field) 0-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or content coordination (internship experience accepted) Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital analytics tools Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) proficiency Ability to pass a background check and drug test
