Full Job Description Marketing Specialist Location:

Job Purpose As part of the global marketing team, you will report to the Marketing and Communications Director. Your role will be to actively participate in the international marketing and communications roadmap. You will also be the primary operational point of contact for the US team, ensuring the successful implementation of marketing and communications activities in the region. Main Responsibilities Be the primary operational point of contact between local sales teams and global marketing communications Support sales and regional events such as webinars and trade shows Support global and local marketing content creation Support global lead generation strategy Provide feedback to headquarters on local customer behavior and market trends Participate in global reporting on marketing performance Key Responsibilities

Ensure access to and deployment of sales enablement tools
Events:
Coordinate event organization including trade shows and webinars
Media Planning:
Support development and execution of media and press plans for the
US Customer Testimonials:
Identify, create, and write US customer case studies and success stories
Social Media:
Support development of region-specific content
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze marketing performance in the region
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL
Help coordinate worldwide events such as trade shows Contribute to global marketing and communications materials including web banners, social media content, articles, and live event content Participate in the global marketing and communications roadmap Act as a primary reviewer for US English content quality and messaging Support global lead generation efforts by engaging US sales teams and ensuring proper use of tools (including webinar coaching and enablement) What Success Looks Like Local sales teams are equipped with the right tools and support Global product launches, messaging, and brand guidelines are successfully deployed in the region Campaigns, events, and digital programs are executed and reported on time Marketing impact in the US region is clearly tracked and measured Core Skills Experience in B2B field marketing and sales enablement Strong alignment and collaboration with sales teams Hands-on experience with campaign execution, webinars, and trade shows Strong US English writing and editing capabilities Ability to adapt global messaging to US market needs and expectations Cross-Functional Skills Strong coordination between local sales teams and global marketing Clear communication and stakeholder management in a matrix organization Ability to manage budgets and execute against defined action plans Ability to operate both locally and within an international team Balance supporting sales needs while promoting the global marketing strategy Personal Traits Execution-driven, autonomous, and reliable Business-minded with the ability to prioritize based on impact Curious and interested in company and market challenges Required Competencies & Tools Strong verbal communication skills to support sales teams in delivering webinars Strong written communication for websites, social media, and press content Project management tools (Excel, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace / Microsoft 365) Social media scheduling tools (such as Agorapulse or similar) LinkedIn and YouTube content management CMS platforms such as WordPress Basic graphic design tools such as Canva Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience within an international marketing team Experience in B2B field marketing and sales enablement preferred Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field Travel Occasional travel to headquarters in France (approximately once per year) Occasional travel within the US for trade shows and events (4 to 5 times per year)
