ROLE Are you a proactive, creative, and resourceful marketer looking to kickstart your career in a high-impact, fast-paced environment? We are seeking an energetic, full-stack Embedded Marketing Specialist to serve as a dedicated marketing powerhouse for a specialized team within our organization. This is a unique, hybrid-style role. While you will be formally part of the central Marketing department-benefiting from core marketing resources, branding frameworks, and mentorship-your day-to-day projects and strategic direction will come directly from a specialized team outside of traditional marketing. You will operate with a sharp focus, taking ownership of marketing initiatives end-to-end-from initial strategy to execution across digital campaigns, events, webinars, sales enablement, and beyond. If you thrive in dynamic environments where not all details are mapped out, love wearing multiple hats, and possess a "figure-it-out" attitude, this is the perfect position for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
End-to-End Campaign Execution:
Translate business objectives from your assigned specialized team into multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish.
DigitalContent Marketing:
Draft compelling copy, coordinate digital promotions, manage targeted email campaigns, and create digital assets aligned with campaign goals.
EventsWebinars:
Plan, organize, and promote both virtual and in-person events/webinars, managing logistics, audience registration, and post-event nurture workflows.
Sales Enablement:
one-pagers, promotional materials that empower team members to convert leads and drive engagement.
Strategic Alignment:
Serve as the primary bridge between the specialized team's daily priorities and the broader Marketing department's brand standards and tools.
Performance Tracking:
Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance, and continuously test new, agile marketing tactics to improve results.
REQUIREMENTS
EducationExperience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply). Experience with software product marketing is preferred.
Full-Stack Mindset:
Eager to roll up your sleeves and handle all aspects of marketing-strategy, writing, design basics, logistics, and analysis. Comfort with
