We are seeking a creative and self-motivated Marketing Specialist to elevate our visual brand and drive customer engagement. Position Overview In this role, you will lead our marketing efforts across both digital and physical channels. You will collaborate directly with our hands-on management team, kitchen, and service staff to design promotional materials, manage social media, and execute campaigns that drive foot traffic. This role begins on a project-based structure with a direct path to a regular position. We are looking for someone who can proactively identify high-value marketing opportunities, execute them seamlessly, and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities Graphic Design & Print Media:

Design posters, flyers, physical menus, in-restaurant digital signage, and digital advertisements.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

Ideate and launch multi-channel marketing campaigns to highlight specials, menu items, and events.

Social Media Management:

Create visual content, write engaging copy, schedule posts, and interact with followers across platforms.

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Communicate with food production and service teams to align marketing promotions with operational readiness.

Project Management & Approvals:

Present ideas to ownership, integrate feedback, and consistently meet project deadlines.

Track Results:

Evaluate campaign performance and ROI to guide future marketing projects. Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or social media management (restaurant/hospitality experience is a plus). Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud). Demonstrated portfolio showing print collateral (posters, menus) and digital design work. Strong organizational, communication, and deadline-management skills. Ability to work independently, propose project ideas, and track campaign outcomes.
