This is not a "sit back and post on social media" role. This is a hands-on execution role focused on campaigns, follow-through, and driving meaningful engagement that supports company growth. Sage is a leading provider of pest management services in North Carolina and is expanding into Virginia. We are looking for someone who values: Doing excellent work Taking ownership of results Communicating clearly Improving continuously Supporting one another while maintaining accountability What You'll Do This role is focused on campaign execution, lead generation, lead reactivation, and marketing systems management — with light operational support to keep the team running smoothly. Campaign & Newsletter Execution Write and build client and prospect newsletters using approved messaging standards Manage segmentation, scheduling, and distribution Track and report basic performance metrics Maintain list hygiene and campaign organization Lead Generation & Reactivation Execute warm and dormant lead reactivation campaigns Run targeted outreach campaigns to drive new customer acquisition Generate organized follow-up lists for the sales and service teams Audit lead sources for accuracy and consistency to ensure marketing data stays clean Digital & Content Execution Execute paid advertising (radio, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) Schedule social posts (2x/week) and monitor engagement Edit and publish videos (1/week) Support basic SEO and website lead capture Support and enhance internal strategic initiatives Systems & CRM Ownership Help manage and maintain the internal CRM (HubSpot) Sync marketing insights into HubSpot/Briostack Apply campaign tags and maintain clean data Ensure follow-through from marketing to sales handoff Team & Operations Support Order marketing collateral and help coordinate swag and team materials Handle occasional errands such as post office runs or picking up team lunches Support the executive team with small daily tasks as needed This is a role for someone who enjoys clarity, systems, and follow-through — and takes pride in organized execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of relevant experience Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through Comfortable with CRMs, email platforms, and digital marketing tools Detail-oriented with an analytical mindsetPreferred:
