You will be tasked with supporting and executing the Company's marketing efforts across digital, social media, in-person, and event-based platforms. Job Duties Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms Manage and grow the Company's social media presence Create and schedule digital content for social media, email, and web platforms Support in-person marketing efforts, promotions, and community outreach Assist with planning and coordinating events, vendor appearances, and special promotions Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms Monitor engagement, customer feedback, and marketing performance metrics Collaborate with team members on advertising, promotions, and creative projects Maintain organized marketing assets, schedules, and campaign materials Support general business operations and additional marketing initiatives as needed Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and within a team Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools (preferred) Experience in content creation, photography, videography, or graphic design (preferred) Previous marketing, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred) Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement strategies (preferred) Knowledge of firearms, outdoor equipment, or the firearms industry (preferred) Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must possess a valid Illinois FOID Card in good standing Must be legally eligible to possess and handle firearms under all federal, state, and local laws Must successfully pass all required pre-employment and compliance screenings, including federal firearm background checks, employer background screening, and all applicable ATF compliance and eligibility verification procedures.
