We're looking for a creative, collaborative, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to help elevate our brand, strengthen community engagement, and share the powerful stories that showcase our impact. What You'll Do Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, websites, and marketing materials. Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives. Assist with the planning and execution of community events, campaigns, and fundraising initiatives. Develop compelling stories, interviews, and success highlights that bring our mission to life. Coordinate marketing projects from concept to completion while managing multiple priorities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across programs and departments to promote services and initiatives. Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred. 2+ years of marketing, communications, digital media, or content creation experience. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills. Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Constant Contact, or similar platforms preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Passion for nonprofit work and making a positive impact in the community.
