Job Description
Our Mission We are transforming the Phoenix Valley into a sustainable desert oasis of sovereign urban food forests. We help homeowners break free from pesticide-heavy industrial agriculture, lower their food costs, sequester carbon, and preserve precious water by creating beautiful, integrated, self-sustaining permaculture systems on their own properties. About the Role This is an exciting entry-level Sales & Marketing opportunity for someone who wants to pioneer a movement for a better culture and planet. As a Permaculture Landscaping Ambassador , you will be on the front lines spreading awareness of Permascaping and helping local families take back food sovereignty and environmental resilience — one neighborhood at a time. You will educate homeowners, build genuine connections, and help bring regenerative permaculture design into everyday suburban landscapes. Key Responsibilities Canvass neighborhoods door-to-door with passion and purpose Distribute flyers and educational materials Educate homeowners on the vision and value of Permascaping Set qualified consultations for our design team Networking and community outreach at marketing events such as trade shows or various other community gatherings Represent the Permascaping movement with integrity and enthusiasm What You'll Gain In-depth education on regenerative permaculture, soil science, water retention, food forests, and cutting-edge land management techniques from industry experts Professional training in sales psychology, persuasion, negotiation, and marketing Real-world experience building a meaningful movement Who We're Looking For Self-motivated, personable, and coachable Passionate about environmental preservation, sustainability, and helping everyday people gain more sovereignty Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and open-minded learner Somebody who embodies curiosity, integrity, and resourcefulness Comfortable walking neighborhoods and talking to people daily Ages 16 and up welcome No experience required — we will train you! (Sales or marketing experience is a big plus)
