Description Product Marketing Partner, Home Equity At Citizens, we help customers reach their potential with tailored advice, innovative solutions, and meaningful financial guidance. Our Home Lending team is committed to helping customers achieve their homeownership goals—whether they are buying a home, refinancing a mortgage, or using their home's equity to fund what matters most. We are looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven Product Marketing Partner to join our cross-functional marketing team to help us accelerate growth for our Home Equity business. In this job, you will partner directly with the Home Lending Marketing Growth Strategist to help shape marketing strategy, build high-impact plans, and support the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, customer acquisition, utilization, and retention. Primary responsibilities include Become subject matter expert on our Home Equity product offering and customer experience. Gather and analyze market, consumer and competitive intelligence to help inform marketing strategies Shape how customer insights translate into end-to-end marketing strategy and execution Conduct competitive analysis to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy Own marketing calendar Support strategy and creative development for product launches. Guide value proposition messaging Help explore new marketing partnerships, media opportunities and strategies. Partner with the Marketing Manager to write and/or review creative briefs Support the development and execution of multi-channel lifecycle programs that support customer engagement and growth. Monitor campaign performance, customer behavior, category trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities for optimization. Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials Required Qualifications 5-6 years of experience in marketing, executing digital and multichannel lead generation and/or brand campaigns Bring a customer centric approach Analytical mindset with comfort using performance data, customer insights, and market intelligence to inform decisions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to turn complex business needs into clear, customer-focused messaging. Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for improving customer experience. Proven ability to translate customer data and insights into end-to-end marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Strong ability to collaborate across functions, influence partners, and manage priorities. Preferred Qualifications Lifecycle marketing, journey mapping a plus. Hours & Work Schedule Hours per
