Job Description

Job Title:
Sales Representative Overview We're hiring a Sales Representative to help grow a new business partnership program. In this role, you'll connect with local businesses through in-person outreach, community engagement, and lead management. This is a field-based role with commission opportunities with Mileage and cell phone reimbursement. Key Responsibilities Prospect and visit local businesses (door-to-door) within a 2-hour territory Present the program and generate interest from business owners Qualify leads and guide them through the onboarding process Track activity and pipeline in Salesforce Support local events and community partnerships Generate referrals and maintain strong business relationships Qualifications 1-2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (door-to-door a plus) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Self-motivated with ability to manage travel and schedule independently Comfortable with frequent local travel (up to 4 hours round-trip) Work Environment Primarily field-based, covering towns within a 2-hour radius About 4 days/week in the field; Fridays remote for admin work Mileage reimbursement + monthly phone stipend Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fargo, ND. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
