Job Description

Experteer Overview As SFMC Engineer, you will design, build, and scale our global SFMC-based marketing platform to enable high-volume, personalized, and compliant communications. You'll work closely with Marketing, Corporate Communications, and Technology teams to deliver data-driven campaigns and reliable automation at scale. The role blends hands-on development with platform stability, focusing on journeys, data models, and integrations. This is an opportunity to shape how we reach clients and prospects while advancing our marketing tech capabilities.
Compensation / Benefits
  • Design and implement scalable SFMC solutions across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
  • Develop and manage complex customer journeys for onboarding, engagement, and lifecycle communications
  • Improve data models, segmentation, and personalization using SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS
  • Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems for seamless data flow and campaign execution
  • Manage high-volume campaign execution, scheduling, batching, and throughput
  • Ensure email deliverability, domain health, and compliance with global regulations
  • Troubleshoot production issues, monitor campaign performance, and enhance platform reliability and scalability
  • Collaborate with teams and mentor junior engineers and vendor partners Tasks
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
  • Strong expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL for data manipulation and personalization
  • Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external APIs
  • Understanding of email deliverability, subscriber management, and domain strategies
  • Experience implementing and supporting high-volume campaigns at scale Key requirements
