Job Description

As a Sr Channel Marketing Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies to drive growth and maximize sales through our distribution and partner channels. You will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners, creating joint marketing programs, and driving demand generation activities. You will work out of our Fort Mill, SC location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the company's success in reaching and engaging customers through various channels by developing and implementing innovative channel marketing programs, managing relationships with channel partners, and analyzing market trends to stay ahead of the competition.

YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience of at least 3 years with Channel Marketing, B2B Marketing, or related roles. Demonstrated success in developing and executing Channel Marketing strategies. Minimum of 3 years experience with demand generation and lead generation strategies. Knowledgeable with utilizing marketing automation platforms (Marketo) and CRM systems (Salesforce). Strong understanding of distribution and partner channel dynamics. Advance usage of MS Excel platform (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Tables).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share. Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing programs and initiatives. Create and execute demand generation campaigns to drive sales through channel partners. Provide marketing support and resources to channel partners to enhance their sales efforts. Conduct market research and analysis to identify channel trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Manage marketing budgets and measure the effectiveness of channel marketing initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align channel marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in channel marketing.
