We are looking for an outgoing, dependable and motivated Field Marketing & Lead Generation Representative to help us connect with homeowners and generate new project opportunities. This is not a hard-sales or estimating position . Your primary responsibility will be introducing our company to homeowners, identifying potential project needs and scheduling qualified estimate opportunities for the owner. What You'll Do Canvass targeted residential neighborhoods throughout the Charleston area. Speak professionally with homeowners about our construction, repair and landscaping services. Generate and qualify homeowner leads. Schedule estimates for interested homeowners. Follow up with potential customers when necessary. Visit local property managers, real estate offices and other potential referral partners. Accurately track leads, conversations and appointments. Represent All In One Construction & Landscapes professionally in the community. What You Will NOT Be Responsible For You will not be expected to estimate projects, price construction work or negotiate contracts. Our owner handles project assessments, estimating and closing. Who We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Confident speaking with new people. Friendly, professional and trustworthy. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Comfortable walking residential neighborhoods and working outdoors. Organized and able to accurately track leads. Goal-oriented and motivated by performance bonuses. Equipped with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and smartphone. Previous experience in door-to-door canvassing, home improvement, roofing, solar, landscaping, construction, pest control, outside sales, customer service or field marketing is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is motivated, coachable and professional. Compensation Starting base pay of $18-$20 per hour , depending on experience. Additional bonuses for qualified appointments. Additional bonuses for projects generated through your leads that are sold. Approved business mileage reimbursement. Opportunity for increased responsibility and compensation as the company grows. Schedule Approximately 25-30 hours per week to start , with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position based on performance. Some afternoon, early evening and Saturday availability is preferred because these are often the best times to reach homeowners.
