Summary:
In this role, the Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team by planning and coordinating projects, assisting with promotional campaigns and production needs, and helping manage brand reputation across platforms—all to bring marketing strategies to life. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., merchandising and sales) to gather information and assist in developing strategic marketing initiatives. Support company growth initiatives, including establishing and expanding divisions. Assist with department needs such as supplies, organization, and communication, and provide basic materials for external and internal clients. Including presentations. Monitor store hours for accuracy and provide updated signage when changes occur. Fulfill store requests for traffic camera audits, banners, and other marketing materials. Use the project management system to coordinate priorities, timelines, and resources for marketing projects. Communicate project needs and status updates effectively to internal stakeholders and external partners. Maintain promotional material inventory, coordinate asset orders, and verify deliveries to support campaigns. Assist in developing reports for marketing programs and strategies, including sales and traffic analysis. Coordinate and manage advertising program details, focusing on promotional execution, product information, deadlines, and feedback. Organize promotional calendars with vendor offers and assist with co-op substantiation. Provide internal stakeholders with marketing materials prior to promotion launches. Monitor competitor activity and provide insights on strengths and weaknesses. Share customer feedback with marketing leadership. Assist with submitting RFQs/RFPs to third-party vendors for marketing-related projects. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1+ years of experience in Marketing or Project Management. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. Familiarity with core marketing elements (social media, campaign management, analytics, promotions). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Comfortable working under tight deadlines. Understanding of creative and design processes.
