9/2/2026 DOC Brands, Inc., parent company of Dentemp, is looking for a motivated and organized Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience across social media, influencer marketing, ecommerce, paid advertising, email, and content development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist with planning, creating, scheduling, and publishing organic social media content across DOC Brands' portfolio 2. Write social captions, product copy, email content, ad copy, etc. 3. Research and source creators and affiliate partners, support outreach and product seeding, coordinate campaigns, track deliverables, and monitor performance 4. Assist with paid social media campaigns, including campaign setup, monitoring, and reporting 5. Assist with Amazon and ecommerce content, including product listings, A+ Content, promotions, and product launches 6. Support new item setup, product launches, content updates, and ongoing digital shelf audits to identify and resolve content gaps or inconsistencies 7. Support email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, scheduling, etc. 8. Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign assets, and promotional timelines 9. Monitor digital marketing trends, competitors, and emerging content opportunities 10. Assist with reporting and analysis across marketing channels

Education and Work Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred 2. 2-4 years of marketing experience; internships, freelance work, or relevant coursework welcome

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills 2. Familiarity with social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 4. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines 5. Creative, proactive, and eager to learn new platforms and marketing tools 6. Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively 7. Experience with Canva, Amazon Seller or Vendor Central, Amazon Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Shop, influencer/affiliate platforms, or email marketing tools is a plus, but not required. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a well-rounded foundation in digital marketing while gaining experience across multiple consumer brands, platforms, and marketing channels.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
