Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing/Admin Support professional to join our team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our marketing initiatives while providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Assist in developing and implementing multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms including social media, email marketing, and print advertising. Support content creation efforts by conducting research, writing copy, and designing materials using Adobe Creative Suite tools. Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach. Monitor and analyze website traffic using Google Analytics and WordPress to inform marketing strategies and improve user engagement. Coordinate marketing automation processes and assist with email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance brand visibility. Support advertising sales efforts by preparing presentations, tracking leads, and maintaining client relationships. Conduct market research to identify trends in B2B marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce sectors. Requirements Proven experience or familiarity with SEO strategies, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing approaches. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) along with basic knowledge of HTML and WordPress platforms. Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation software. Excellent research skills combined with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences. Knowledge of print advertising methods and experience supporting product management initiatives is desirable. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills with a proactive attitude toward teamwork and problem-solving.
