Position Overview Patients and physicians are at the heart of this position. The Marketing Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers while promoting our imaging services and ensuring physician offices receive exceptional support. Key Responsibilities Professionally manage daily visits to healthcare providers to promote imaging services. Build and maintain positive relationships with physicians, office managers, and healthcare staff. Communicate with physician offices to understand their needs and provide timely support. Represent the company professionally in appearance, communication, and overall presentation. Respond to physician and office requests in a timely and efficient manner. Nurture relationships with existing provider offices while identifying opportunities to develop new business. Gather relevant information and feedback from physician offices and communicate it to the appropriate team members. Submit accurate weekly reports summarizing provider visits, feedback, requests, and other relevant information. Maintain excellent organization and time management while managing a daily schedule of provider visits. Qualifications & Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional, positive, and personable demeanor. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Positive attitude with a genuine desire to build professional relationships. Professional appearance and communication style. Previous experience in the medical field or radiologic imaging is preferred, but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
