Our platform is used by 600,000+ users in over 50 countries. We're growing our U.S. team and looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to help us .... What you'll do A Marketing Operations Specialist at Yooz is in charge of streamlining and optimizing marketing processes while supporting the Regional Marketing team in operational activities. 1. Emailing operations Manage Yooz email marketing platforms (HubSpot or equivalent) Build mailing lists and exclusion lists Program email campaigns, landing pages, webinar workflows, and replay follow-ups Track and analyze performance of email campaigns 2. Database management Integrate data into the CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and optimize usage practices Perform quality checks on purchased databases and analyze performance Manage integration and reactivation workflows for disengaged prospects Act as the single point of contact for lead integration with the Application Manager 3.
