About The Company:
Our client is a growing organization investing heavily in data-driven marketing strategies and analytics capabilities. This team is expanding and offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership, influence reporting standards, and help shape a developing analytics function with strong long-term career growth potential. The Marketing Insights Analyst will play a critical role in transforming marketing and customer data into actionable business recommendations. This individual will partner with marketing, operations, and analytics teams to measure campaign effectiveness, build performance reporting, establish KPI frameworks, and drive process improvements through data analysis and automation. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys uncovering trends, creating meaningful visualizations, and influencing business decisions through insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing performance data across campaigns, channels, and customer touchpoints to identify trends and opportunities.
- Consolidate information from multiple systems and data sources to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop, refine, and monitor KPI frameworks aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools using data visualization platforms.
- Present data findings in a clear, business-friendly format for stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes, governance practices, and data quality standards.
- Support reporting automation initiatives that increase efficiency and scalability.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to evaluate campaign success and customer engagement.
- Assist with audience segmentation and targeting efforts to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Recommend process improvements and best practices throughout the reporting and analytics lifecycle.
- Maintain documentation for reports, methodologies, and performance measurement standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, research, or a related analytical role.
- Experience evaluating campaign performance and translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.
- Experience building KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics.
- Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and/or Scrum environments.
