This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment where priorities can shift quickly. The Marketing Specialist will assist with digital marketing, website updates, social media content, advertising support, reporting, and location-based campaigns that promote Legacy's manufactured homes, tiny homes, and affordable housing options. This position will work closely with the Director of Retail to track marketing performance, support dealership needs, and help improve brand visibility across multiple channels. Duties Ability to use Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, evaluate campaign performance, identify trends, and prepare clear marketing reports. Website-building or website-management experience, including updating content, pages, landing pages, or inventory. Create clear, organized reports for the Director of Retail, including campaign performance, lead activity, website traffic, and other marketing KPIs. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and location-specific marketing needs. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required. Qualifications Marketing, communications, or business degree preferred, but not required; relevant hands-on marketing experience will also be considered. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, professional, and engaging marketing content. In-depth website building and website management experience, including creating and updating pages, landing pages, website content, forms, inventory, and promotional materials. Experience with Meta Business Suite, including Facebook and Instagram/Tik Tok ad creation, campaign support, audience targeting, and performance tracking. Experience creating and managing Facebook Marketplace ads or location-based promotional listings. Canva experience required, including creating flyers, social media graphics, advertisements, presentations, and branded marketing materials. Blogging or content writing experience, including writing website content, SEO-focused posts, promotional copy, and customer-facing articles. Social media management experience, including planning, creating, posting, monitoring, and responding to content across multiple business pages. Experience using HubSpot, CRM tools, or similar lead-management platforms is preferred. Experience with Google Analytics, including reviewing website traffic, campaign performance, lead activity, and preparing reports. Ability to create organized marketing reports for the Director of Retail, including campaign results, website performance, lead trends, and other key marketing metrics. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and dealership/location-specific marketing needs. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
