Copywriting Full Job Description SUMMARY:
The Marketing Systems & Content Specialist supports and executes TexasBank's digital marketing efforts. Responsibilities focus on managing marketing systems, creating and editing written content, and supporting communication across digital channels. Duties include updating website content, building and deploying campaigns, segmenting audiences, and preparing performance reports in a clear and organized format. This role also assists in delivering timely, relevant messaging to our communities through various digital platforms.JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Write and edit non graphic marketing content, including website copy, email campaigns, product and service descriptions, and customer announcements. Ensure all content aligns with TexasBank's brand voice, compliance standards, and customer first approach, and coordinate internal reviews and approvals as needed. Manage and update website content through the CMS, ensuring accuracy of rates, product information, disclosures, and calls to action. Support the creation and maintenance of landing pages and assist with campaign related website updates. Utilize marketing systems and tools (such as email platforms, CMS, and CRM systems) to build, schedule, and deploy digital communications. Maintain contact lists, audience segmentation, and basic reporting to support ongoing marketing efforts. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of digital outreach by maintaining up to date content, lists, and system data across all marketing platforms. Support the execution of marketing campaigns developed by the Director of Marketing and agency partners. Coordinate timelines, track progress, and ensure content and assets are prepared for timely delivery. Collaborate with internal teams, including Compliance, IT, and Operations, to secure approvals and support technical implementation of marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external agencies and third party vendors on larger website updates, enhancements, and other digital marketing initiatives as needed.WORKING CONDITIONS
Air conditioned office environment. This position occasionally requires flexibility for work beyond standard hours, although such instances are infrequent. Consistent and timely attendance is required to ensure uninterrupted operational efficiency and exemplary service delivery.PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Sit for extended periods of time. Walk, stand, bend, squat, twist, and reach. Extended keyboarding. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Able to travel to different TexasBank locations as needed. Sit for extended periods of time.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, digital communications, or content roles Strong writing and editing skills Hands on experience with websites and content management systems Comfort using email marketing or marketing automation tools Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsPREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing, or a related field. Financial services or regulated industry experience Experience working with compliance review processes Familiarity with CRM or customer data tools Experience supporting agency led campaignsDisclaimer:
