Job Description
About the Position We are seeking a creative, motivated, and culture-driven Global Lifestyle Marketing Specialist to help manage and grow the identity, presence, and community engagement of the brands we represent within the automotive, car audio, and lifestyle industries. This role is focused on maintaining authentic brand identity across social media, digital platforms, and live events while helping strengthen the connection between our brands and the enthusiast communities that support them. The ideal candidate understands automotive culture, car audio lifestyle, social media engagement, and branding. This is not a technical web development position. Instead, we are looking for someone who understands how brands should look, feel, and communicate online while helping create content and campaigns that connect with audiences worldwide. This position is approximately 85% office-based , working closely with our graphics and creative departments to coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, social media content, and promotional materials. The remaining portion of the role may involve attending industry events, car shows, demos, and trade shows to capture content and engage with the community. ResponsibilitiesBrand Identity & Marketing Ensure all website and social media content aligns with the identity, voice, and culture of each brand Help maintain consistency in messaging, visual presentation, and customer experience across all digital platforms Coordinate with graphics and creative teams to develop social media campaigns, advertisements, promotional content, and lifestyle-focused marketing materials Help guide creative direction for product launches, promotions, and digital campaigns Social Media & Community Engagement Manage engagement across social media platforms including comments, messages, and customer interaction Create and coordinate content including photos, videos, reels, stories, and promotional posts Monitor trends within automotive, car audio, and enthusiast culture Help grow online communities through authentic engagement and brand interaction Analyze audience engagement and brand perception across digital platforms Automotive Lifestyle & Event Coverage Attend car shows, trade shows, audio competitions, demos, and industry events when required Capture live content and behind-the-scenes coverage for social media and marketing campaigns Represent the brand professionally within automotive and car audio communities Help strengthen brand presence within enthusiast culture and lifestyle marketing Qualifications Experience with social media marketing, branding, or lifestyle-focused marketing Strong understanding of automotive, car audio, or enthusiast culture strongly preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively within a creative and fast-paced environment Strong understanding of branding, audience engagement, and digital presentation Comfortable interacting with customers both online and in person Ability to manage multiple projects and brand identities simultaneously Preferred Qualifications Experience within the automotive aftermarket, car audio, powersports, or enthusiast industries Familiarity with car shows, automotive events, and audio competitions Experience working alongside graphic designers and creative teams Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms is a major plus Photography, videography, and editing experience is highly valued Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field strongly preferred. Equivalent professional experience and proven brand engagement success will also be highly considered.
