Impact:

We are seeking a results-oriented, data-driven professional to join the Marketing Campaign and Insights team as Manager, Business Insights. This key role will champion the use of behavioral, campaign, and operational analytics to improve the customer journey, optimize marketing performance, and advance personalization across digital channels. Working in close partnership with Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and Technology teams, this individual will translate business goals into measurement strategies, actionable insights, and scalable reporting solutions that support subscriber acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for SXM Connected Vehicle. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in digital tracking implementation, analytics research, data integration, and performance measurement, along with the strategic thinking and technical fluency needed to turn complex data into clear business recommendations. In tandem with product and technical partners, this role will help lead tracking across authenticated commerce experiences, strengthen data quality and governance, and develop standard operating processes for reporting, dashboarding, and analytics enablement. Success in this role requires intellectual curiosity, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence strategy and execution within a highly matrixed organization. This is an individual contributor role.

What You'll Do:

Lead marketing and business analytics efforts across campaign channels by translating business goals into measurement plans, analytical frameworks, and actionable recommendations that improve performance

Own the analysis of site behavior, channel engagement, customer response, and campaign effectiveness, identifying trends, performance drivers, risks, and optimization opportunities across the customer journey

Leverage behavioral, campaign, and operational data from platforms such as Adobe Analytics, AWS, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and other internal data sources to build, automate, and maintain dashboards, recurring reports, scorecards, and user guides

Establish and maintain KPI definitions, performance benchmarks, reporting standards, and business rules to ensure stakeholders are aligned on how success is measured and tracked

Partner with marketing, product, channel, data engineering, and technology teams to gather requirements, prioritize analytical needs, and translate business questions into scalable reporting and data solutions

Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing governance of tracking strategies, tagging frameworks, and data collection standards across digital properties to ensure complete, accurate, and durable measurement

Support campaign and lifecycle marketing teams by delivering timely reporting, performance readouts, test results, and audience insights that inform targeting, messaging, and channel strategy

Combine and reconcile data from disparate internal and external sources to create a more comprehensive view of customer behavior, marketing performance, and business outcomes

Leverage SQL, Python, R, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Athena, and similar analytics tools to perform deep-dive analyses and generate actionable insights

Drive the development of self-service analytics capabilities by creating scalable dashboards, templates, documentation, and reporting tools that improve access to trusted data and reduce manual effort

Partner with agile product and technology teams to define tracking requirements for new features, enhancements, integrations, and releases, ensuring analytics needs are incorporated early in the development lifecycle

Contribute to QA and validation processes, including automated and manual testing of analytics implementations, to confirm that tracking is working as intended across websites, campaigns, and other digital assets

Manage and prioritize multiple analytics requests, balancing ad hoc support, recurring reporting, strategic analyses, and long-term capability-building initiatives

Serve as a subject matter expert and internal consultant on digital and marketing analytics best practices, including success criteria, KPI selection, reporting methodology, experimentation, and tracking validation

Support a culture of continuous improvement by documenting processes, standardizing methodologies, and advancing more scalable, efficient, and insight-driven ways of working across the organization

What You'll Need:

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of hands on experience with analytics tools such as R, SQL/Python, AWS/Athena/QuickSuite, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel and related BI or data visualization platforms with a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Business, Marketing or related field. (Master's degree preferred)

Experience managing behavioral tracking implementations, tag management, and data analysis, with a preference for Adobe Analytics expertise

Ability to clearly translate technical data into a framework, visualization and language that internal clients can understand

Experience applying Business Intelligence (BI) and advanced analytics to uncover insights and solve business problems

Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly communicate insights and persuasively present data, conclusions, and recommendations in a structured manner to diverse audiences, including executive leadership.

Experience in supporting Marketing initiatives

Ability to think and act proactively, anticipate needs, and take appropriate action by leveraging data and insights to drive measurable improvements

Strong, engaging presenter and ability to craft powerful stories from data

Well-developed problem-solving capabilities

Ability to distill complex situations and communicate them concisely

Knowledge of AI-driven analytics techniques and tools, with the ability to apply them to customer behavior analysis, forecasting, and optimization

Ability to work independently with minimal direction in a collaborative team environment

A high level of energy and the ability to set and meet deadlines

Experience working in an agile development environment

Knowledgeable on the technical requirements to accurately track digital behavior

Ability to derive insights and develop action plans from data analysis

Strong knowledge of data architecture and digital data analysis techniques

Strong knowledge of marketing technology platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud a plus)

Ability to communicate results and insights to internal and external stakeholders with various levels of analytical and digital knowledge and at all levels of seniority

Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects

Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience with digital analytics, behavioral tracking, tag management, and Adobe Analytics implementations

Experience leveraging marketing technologies and AI-driven analytics tools to generate insights and optimize business performance

Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, AWS/Athena, and Business Intelligence tools.

Strong knowledge of data architecture, reporting automation, dashboard development, and data visualization

Must be able to develop and implement net new processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness

Experience with automation and/or AI tools such as chatGPT, Gemini, etc.
