Job Description

Engineering Subject Matter Experts (SME) Avion Solutions, Inc. United States, Virginia, Fort Eustis Jun 15, 2026 Avion Solutions Inc., a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking Engineering Subject Matter Experts (SME) of all levels to support U.S. Army aviation platforms. These positions will be located at Ft. Eustis, VA, and are contingent upon award.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
Provide advanced technical expertise and engineering leadership in specialized disciplines supporting aviation systems, emerging technologies, and complex engineering projects. Serve as the technical authority within a specialized engineering field. Develop innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges. Perform technical analysis, testing, and engineering evaluations. Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and project leadership. Provide mentoring and technical guidance to engineering staff. Assess emerging technologies and recommend implementation strategies.
Required:
Must be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoW security clearance.
